Plenty of us don’t know what to focuse on while choosing the perfect shopes for them. It’s particularlyimportant when it comes to sport shoes. During exercising your feet requite special care.
First and foremost you need to know your feet. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got Nike 606, Adidas sneaker or sneakers Reebok. If they aren’t properly selected you’ll suffer or, at least, won’t feel comfy. The easiest way is to make a “wet test”- wet your foot, step on a piece of brown paper and mark your footprint. Or just check where your last pair of shoes shows the most wear.
If your footprint shows the entire sole of your foot with little to no curve on the inside or if your old footwear show the most wear on the inside edge – it means you have got flat feet and tend toward overpronation – meaning your feet roll inward. It lead you to seak for a shoe with a motion-control feature and maximum support.

If the footprint shows only a part of your forefoot and heel with a small connection between the two or alternatively if your shoes are damaged mostly on the outside edge — you probably have high arches and are liely to underpronate, meaning your feet roll outward. You should look for a cushioned trainers with a soft midsole.
If your footprint has a distinct curve along the inside and your shoes wear out uniformly it means medium arch. You are one of the group of people who most of the shoes is designed for. You scan still look for a “stability” shoe, which has the right balance of cushioning and support.
There also loads of other tips e.g. don’t make shoes multitask. Other one is to try the shoes on with your own socks which you are using while practicing. You can also always ask for asistance the shop staff.
