A modern apartments in present Republic of Poland – the social programs

It is a great thing for young people to have a flat for themselves. In Poland many couples live together with their mother and father or parents in-law for 3-5 years or longer. The ggovernment of Poland is attempting to modify this state by special social programs.

For many years existing in large families was a normal and common state in Poland, couples had been living and constantly live with their offsprings, mather and father or even grandparents. In these days married couples usually want to live on their own, they are looking for apartments for rent in Poland and also in different countries. The economic immigrants have got their aim in rich western European countries and the polish government want to discontinue these migrations. There is a special program for young people named “Mieszkanie dla młodych” (“A flat for young people”), which support marriages purchase their first home. Unfortunately this supporting plan is designed to marriage people, not to all couples.

A large number of young couples take mortgages for 20 or thirty years only to have some place for themselves. The different solution for them is to find apartments for rent in Poland it is very common. The costs depend of the town in which we have been living it can be 800 PLN or 2500 PLN. In Poland real estate market is not stable, it is hard to buy a appropriate apartment in a big city and don’t overpaid, on the other hand we have got many apartments to rent and purchase. In Poland real estate in small cities is increasing, a large number of people had emigrated to the a different state or to the city leaving their parents and their houses, after some time old parents passed away and then the offspring trade or rent houses of their family, many times the cost is low.

It is a cleaver idea to have that kind of house for vacations or for a ew days, of’ corseif you have got money. The polish government try to create some space to exist for couples especially in the cities, unfortunately local governments, do not much to stop migrations to the cities and to other countries. That politics need to be changed in the next few years or the Republic of Poland will be a state with abandoned villages.
